In India, private developers primarily target luxury, high–end and upper –mid housing segment. Thus, it is the housing requirements of the lower middle income and lower income groups that are grossly neglected and there exists a huge dearth in the supply of affordable houses. Driven by the need, we have taken up developing mass housing complex at very much affordable pricing, focusing the middle class and lower middle class people. Though the pricing are very much affordable, we have not ignored today’s requirement of various modern amenities and facilities.
